Getting Started

How quickly can I get started?
Lightning fast! Once you sign up, you’ll complete a quick brand questionnaire (15 minutes tops). Within 3 business days, you’ll have your first batch of posts ready to review. Most clients are fully up and running within 2 days.
Do I need existing social media accounts?

Not at all! We can help you set up your profiles from scratch. We’ll handle everything from profile pictures to bio optimisation. Consider us your social media fairy godparents.

What information do you need from me?
Just the basics: your website, brand guidelines (if you have them), and answers to our onboarding questionnaire about your business personality. The more you share, the better we can nail your brand voice. Think of it as a first date, but less awkward.

We create it all:

How far in advance do you schedule posts?
We work in monthly cycles. By the 25th of each month, you’ll receive next month’s content for review. Once approved, we schedule everything to post automatically at optimal times. You’re always at least 2 weeks ahead, so no last-minute scrambles.
Can I request specific posts or topics?

Absolutely! Got a promotion coming up? New product launch? Team milestone? Just let us know through your client portal and we’ll incorporate it into your content calendar. Your portal has a handy request feature for exactly this.

Do you use AI in your content creation process?

Yes, we do utilise AI to enhance our services, but rest assured, you’ll always have real humans managing your social media! Our AI helps streamline processes and ensure efficiency, while our talented team crafts creative content and develops effective strategies.

So, while AI assists with research and optimisation, the magic happens with our dedicated professionals who know your brand inside out. Every post is reviewed and refined by real people who understand your business goals.

Do you respond to comments and messages?

Community management is available as an add-on service. Our standard packages focus on content creation and posting, but we can absolutely handle engagement for an additional £199/month.

Account Management

Will I have a dedicated account manager?

Yes, for our plans! You will get our fantastic support team who know your account inside out. Either way, you’re never talking to a stranger about your business.

How do I review and approve posts?

Through your personal brandpollen portal! You’ll get an email when new content is ready. Log in, review everything, request changes if needed, and hit approve. It’s easier than ordering takeaway, and much better for your business.

What if I don't like a post?

No worries! We include unlimited revisions on all plans. Just tell us what needs changing and we’ll fix it until you love it. We’re not happy until you’re happy.

Can I still post my own content?

Of course! Your social media accounts remain 100% yours. Post away whenever inspiration strikes. We recommend letting us know so we can work your posts into the content calendar for the best mix.

How do you access my social media accounts?

Safely and securely! Through your personal brandpollen portal, you can connect your social media accounts. No password sharing required.

Can I disconnect anytime?

Yes! You maintain full control of your accounts. Disconnect our access anytime from your social media settings. Though we’d be sad to see you go, we make breaking up easy.

Billing & Contracts

Is there a contract?

Nope! We’re month-to-month because we believe in earning your business, not trapping you in it. Cancel anytime!

When am I charged?

You’re billed monthly on the same date you signed up. All plans auto-renew until you decide to cancel. Think of it like your Netflix subscription, but for your business growth.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! Life happens. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months without losing your onboarding information or dedicated team. Perfect for seasonal businesses or extended holidays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.

Is there a setup fee?

Zero! Zilch! Nada! We believe in transparent pricing. The monthly fee is all you pay.
